    WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS?

        Tickets can be purchased online HERE. More details can be found on our tickets page. Tickets can also be purchased at the door during the show but buy in advance to win prizes & avoid lineups.

    HOW MUCH ARE REGULAR TICKETS?

        I Do pricing + Saturday Pass: $40 

        I Do pricing + Sunday Pass: $40 

        I Do pricing + Weekend Pass: $50 

        Saturday only: $23 

        Sunday only: $23

        All weekend pass: $28 

    WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

        Ticket price includes the Show Guide, Fashion Shows, plus all our Show Feature Areas!

    WHAT IS AN I DO EXPERIENCE PACKAGE?

        I Do pricing + Saturday Pass: $40 

        I Do pricing + Sunday Pass: $40 

        I Do pricing + Weekend Pass: $50

    I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET(S), HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO A VIP PACKAGE?

        Bring your ticket(s) to the Box Office at the RBC Convention Centre, or scan the QR code in the ticket line, & upgrade for only $10!

    HOW MUCH IS A WEEKEND PASS?

        I Do pricing + Weekend Pass: $50 

        All weekend pass: $28 

    I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET(S), HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO A WEEKEND PASS?

        Bring your Saturday ticket(s) to the Box Office at the RBC Convention Centre & upgrade for only $5!

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY TICKET SAYS THE WRONG DATE?

        Don’t worry! No need to switch your ticket date! Tickets are good for either one day, Sat or Sun, no matter what date is on the ticket, but it’s valid for one entrance scan only.

    DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS TO GET IN?

        No need to print your tickets in advance, simply display them on your mobile device at the show!

    WHERE DO I GO WHEN I GET TO THE SHOW IF I’VE PURCHASED AN I DO EXPERIENCE TICKET?

        Head over to the VIP Tickets Desk & receive your free Tote Bag with exclusive special offers, Show Guide & more (Follow signage).

    IF I’M THE ONE GETTING MARRIED BUT SOMEONE ELSE IS PURCHASING MY TICKETS, HOW DO I REGISTER FOR PRIZES?

        The person purchasing the tickets can register on your behalf through the ticket purchase page at the time of purchase.

    WHERE IS THE SHOW?

        Show Entrance & I Do Experience Desk are located on the 3rd floor at the top of the escalators in the new South Building. Access to the South building is via the Skywalk adjoining the North & South buildings, located just past the Centre Place Cafe.

    WHERE IS COAT CHECK?

        Coat Check is available for $2, located on the 3rd floor at the top of the escalators on the right hand side.

    WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

        Parking can be found in any of the RBC Convention Centre parkades, as well as on the street. Click HERE for details.
